about the project

As Spartan Internet has expanded, so have the needs of its clients. As such, a redesign of the company’s custom built Content Management System (CMS) was in order. A main goal of the redesign was to provide a consistent look and feel across all areas of the CMS in order to increase usability and enhance the user experience. Looking ahead to future growth and expansion, flexibility was another key requirement.

I started by developing a very general mockup and then implemented it into a working prototype for review. After two rounds of revisions, we arrived at a finalized design. The frame-like layout makes use of the fantastic jQuery UI Layout Plugin, as well as the Tabs and Accordion widgets from the jQuery UI Library.
