You really do expect perfection with those kind of prices! I got lucky, Tom used to cell Cutco and they make you buy the basic set (at half price), so we were pretty set when it came to knives. He even earned a couple other items so all in all we've got a pretty good set up. Additionally, I understand they sharpen the blades under the lifetime warranty. I've always found the BBB people to be more friendly than your usual retail workers for whatever reason. Their return policy for registry stuff is excellent too. Wow, that was quite the saga!
